OVERALL ORGANIZATION IN THE HANDS OF HULDENBERG FANDORP World Cup 2021 VZW 

Outwardly, the municipality will act as the official organizer of the World Cup village and therefore also take on all aspects associated with this role: permits, relations with the organizers of the World Cup, safety measures, ... For the practical organization of the entire event. the city council concluded a cooperation agreement with the non-profit organization Huldenberg Fandorp WK 2021, which came about following a call in the municipal information magazine.

This non-profit organization will be responsible for all overarching aspects with regard to the World Cup event (communication, logistics, car parks, sponsoring, etc.) and will itself also organize a number of start-up activities.
